Breathing comes to mind. After that everything else is a crapshoot.

I'm hoping to keep breathing and moving and do bit of writing and a bit of reading....and continue to keep on keeping on for a bit longer.

Scan books for the public domain.
Grow food and flowers. Vacation where it's warm in the winter. Enjoy the books, music, and video I've bought. Wink at pretty girls. Sleep as much as I want. and...Rattle people's cages as needed.... |

Since the world did not end with the passing of the asteroid, nor did a meteor level a Russian town, I will go on with my daily routines. Yet, I can't help but wonder- had the dinosaurs not been wiped out by a cataclysmic cosmic event, could mammals have become the dominant species on this planet?

I do think that the place to look hardest for other intelligent civilisations is here on earth in the past. This is the one planet we know for sure can support life, and it is even easy to get to. |

Why other civilizations? And of course you'll have to look in the past, I doubt you'll find one in the present
