Calibre can't see prs350 on linux mint
I just put calibre on my laptop running linux mint. For some reason my sony is not showing up in calibre. It appears on my desktop but calibre isn't recognizing it. I usually use my imac to manage calibre and my sony pocket reader. I'm not sure if maybe if formatted in a way that calibre cannot see it.

You should probably open a bug after following the standard device support rules:
http://calibre-ebook.com/user_manual...pported-in-app The driver probably needs some minor tweak for some Linux distros. |

Mint is basically ubuntu in different clothes so it should work.
If it is the version of Calibre from the mint repositories it may pre-date the addition of the new Sony device drivers. Maybe try installing the latest version? Also, if you have another device plugged in at the same time (iphone, ipod etc) this can also stop Calibre detecting the new device. |
