Print from viewer didn't print
I tried to print a page from the viewer for the first time ever. It said it may take a while, but it never printed. I have 2 questions:

1. I was not given a choice of what page/pages to print. Was it going to try to print the entire ebook? If so, that needs to be changed. Eek.

2. Since it never printed at all, is there a print setup or something I should have done first?

Printing simply converts the book to PDF then you can print whatever pages you like from the generated PDF.
