Tracking the e-book players today

Walt Crawford over at EContentMag.com has written another interesting piece on the state of the 2006 eBook market. The article begins by giving a brief history of the market back in 2000. - Detailing the movers and shakers of the time and where they are today. Although the story ends on a low point with Walt saying "despite a recently reignited interest in eBooks, particularly given the much-hyped Sony Reader, the market has largely floundered" It will be worth keeping an eye on the follow-up story to see where he goes with this.
