Error when lauching portable Calibre

When launching the portable version this is the error I get :

Python function terminated unexpectedly
[errno 2] No such file or directory : u’C:\\Calibre
Portable\\resources\default_tweaks.py’ (Error Code:1)

I cheked in the Calibre folder and there is actually no \resources\ folder ....

Any idea ?

Are you running calibre-portable.exe? Make sure you run that and not calibre.exe

Yes, in fact I tried both....

But the error message I gave yesterday is the one of calibre;exe with calibre-portable.exe I get a different error message :
"Failed to launch the calibre program -Le fichier spécifié est introubale (Error code 2)".

I also tried to move the Calibre folder directly to C:\ (before I had it in a subfolder), same results.

Also note that the version with installer works...

Run only calibre-portable.exe and make sure that you put the calibre portable forlder in a path that does not have non-ascii characters. Put Calibre Portable in C:\ and then run calibre-portable.exe from it.

I did all this.
I also tried to add Calibre in my Path, and I always get the message
"Failed to launch the calibre program
Le chemin d'accès est introuvable
(Error Code : 3)"
In the mean time the version with installer works fine......
