But does Linux support symlinks on FAT32? That's the key issue, and I'm pretty sure the answer is "no", unfortunately.

With the Pocket Pro, are you able to first download the books, enter them into (onto?) your device, read the books, and then at a later date organize them into folders?

That's not a situation that I've encountered thus far, but were I to do so, I'd just create a folder for the series. That's the nice thing about folders - you can be flexible.

I would probably have a sub-folder for series also. The important things is that you organize for using it yourself so you will easily remember the choice you made.
