PRS-500 deauthorization

We went to the sony store to check out the 700 but ended up getting the 505 with the light cover instead. Since I had my 500 with me, just turned it in for $100 off the 505. Didn't plan on doing that and later realized it was not deauthorized on my account. Does anyone know how to deauthorized it now that I no longer have it? I know, think before you act. Oh well.
Another question: I have Adobe digital editions with different email accounts on two different computers. Will I be able to authorize my 505 on both computers? Thanks for any help you can give.

You have to call Sony support is my understanding.

No... the idea is that you use the same account for all your devices. So, you should choose one of your Adobe IDs... deauth the PC that is not using that then authorize it to the same account on all PCs. If you do this then you can d/l books from either PC and they will work on your Sony also authorized to that same Adobe ID.
