Neo Reader stuck @ loading book

as the title suggest, I have Poke3 and neo reader cannot open book and stuck at loading book screen. it happen so suddenly so i dont know what cause it.

I have tried restarting, no success. I tried other apps like KOreader and playbooks, they run flawlessly. have a tips how to fix this? I really avoid resetting the device.

I Faound the fix Now. I will share it here

If Your Neo reader Stuck @ loading document/book, go to Settings -> click arrow @ upper right side -> NeoReader Vxx -> force close

go to Home and try again open a book. Have a nice day.
