That wouldn't work. IPAs have the version number on the filename, ex. Gmail 2.3.0.ipa.

What does that have to do with it? It works based on Windows restore points keeping a snapshot in time of any file that previously existed. So, if it was there once, and the drive has restore points enabled, theoretically, she could get it back (unless it was pushed out by newer restore points).

Right. I never used that feature in Windows. But then that was when a 20GB drive was still the standard.

Yep, my first computer, an Apple II+, had one small capacity, external floppy drive an no HD. My second computer, a Mac SE, had two built-in floppy drives but no HD. But I got a lot work done nevertheless!
