What software is available to edit mobi books?

I like to edit some typos in a mobi e-book. is there some easy way to edit mobi?

No, MOBI files are not editable.

The only way to fix errors is to either disassemble them with a MOBI unpacker or convert them to an editable format (generally ePub is the choice). You can edit either the unpacked HTML or the ePub and then convert the edited file(s) into a new MOBI.

Using the program calibre to do the conversion
and sigil to do the editing
this process is not to difficult.
