no it only offers those 2 options, for any other cloud you will need to copy the local moon database records to/from your cloud of choice, or petition the developer.

I have seen solutions that auto sync g drive to other clouds so you could investigate that. Have moon sync to g drive but have that embedded in next as per the extract below.
Add Google Drive to Nextcloud
Now you have everything you need to mount your Google Drive in Nextcloud. Go to the External Storage section of your Admin page, create your new folder name, enter the Client ID and Client Secret, and click Grant Access. Your consent page appears when Nextcloud makes a successful connection. Click Allow.

WebDav is one of the services listed in Moon+ for syncing. I've never used it. I'm not even sure what it is so I can't really say anything other than that it seems to be one of the options.

Thanks! That looks like it should work. The hardest part was probably for me to find out that Moon+ even had a sync operation in the first place, and after that, finding where it was enabled in the settings.

But I found it. Sure enough, WebDAV is supported. They even give an example WebDAV url for use with OwnCloud, which is the predecessor of NextCloud (the private cloud server that I use).

I've used a NextCloud WebDAV server to sync Moon+ Reader books between a couple of devices for at least 2 years now without problem.

Does anybody know of a windows based ebook reader that will sync with Moon+ Dropbox page position?

I don't think there is one but syncing manually with any ereader that has text search is very easy. I read with Moon+ most of the time but I'll pick up my Kindle and do a search for some short phrase on my phone to find my place. I just now did it using the phrase "gross purple", which was on the page I'd been reading on my phone and search found that phrase twice on the book on my Kindle and gave me enough context to pick the right one. Most of the time it'll find more like 4 or 5 instances but I can nearly always see which is the one I want and go right to it.

I've been doing this for years syncing between two Kindles before I started using my phone. Kindle has sync but it's just faster remembering a phrase because Kindle's sync is far slower than Moon+.

In my case, when I add a book to WebDAV server, access and read it through the M+ reader, it won't add it to My Shelf, and it also won't sync the changes (annotations/highlights) back to WebDAV.

I'm curious, does this kind of workflow work in your case? Do you add your new books to M+ manually first in a phone/tablet?
