This is a US Government pamphlet on German operations in the Balkans prior to the invasion of Russia in 1941.

This pamphlet takes a point of view less familiar, that is, from the activities and decisions of the Germans. It takes a different point of view from Churchill's work on World War II. As such, taken together they fill out one's picture of early WWII.

This is a publication of the US Government, so there is no copyright.
