How to stop reading Harry Potter
Please help,
My to-be-read list is growing but I keep on reading Harry Potter again and again. Not open some random parts reading but from "the boy who lived" to "nineteen year later". (On going) fourth times on the Pottermore version, and three times on paper set - and x (1-4) y (1-5) z (1-6) where x y z > 3 Any advice on how to stop please, it will become much harder at the end of this year when the illustrated version is out. Thank you for your inputs. |

The best way to stop reading Harry Potter is to delete any eBooks you have and any pBooks you have, throw them away the night before trash pickup so you won't be able to retrieve them.

If you haven't noticed there are a few million other books on Amazon, MR and many websites. Good luck.

Yes, I cannot help but to agree.
For some people, too many choices is a hindrance, which is why I posted a link with specific suggestions. I don't see the problem at all, though, and I'd have to agree with JSWolf. |

Search for medical help! You have an addiction. A harmless sort, but it harms you. So you need a therapy to learn to manage it.

Maybe an obliviate spell? Just flue call your local Ministry/ Dept. of Magic and an Auror will get right back to you. It is a good series but there are many more magical places to visit. How about Narnia or Fantasia for example? Or maybe Oz?

Four words: Harry/Ron slash fiction.
You'll never think of Harry Potter the same way again. |

How old are you History? I'm thinking young. Look, reading (fiction books) is supposed to be an enjoyment. Now, if you're having fun doing what you're doing why stop? When you get tired of it, you'll stop on your own.
When you really wish to read something else from your tbr list you will. Until then stop beating yourself about it. |

Burn them.
Of course, that might damage your ebook reader. If you are a child, then adult supervision is required. |
