changing isp problem

i have been able to successfully use cable at home (comcast in pennsylvania), however, while on the road using a different isp (comcast in new jersey). I am unable to receive the calibre document (newpaper).

Note I am also using a different wireless router while on the road.


Here is the error message:

Any ideas? Thank you very much. Now I'm stuck with manuallly transefering the files downloaded from my pc to the kindle.

Note that I am able to email to my kindle address from Hotmail which i am using for as my email account.
