The Rook by Daniel O'Malley is £0.93 in the Kobo UK store and is coupon code eligible. You have to be logged in with a UK address so I don't know how to post a direct link to it, but it is easy to "vacation" to the UK to purchase it from Kobo.

Ran across another pay what you want ebook bundle Bundle of Holding. It looks like they focus on Fantasy and RolePlaying. Their current bundle is RPG Boardgames, but they have offered fantasy novels in previous bundles.
