Calibre2opds. How to set on website and start to work with Online library?

Hi,

I try to set the Calibre2opds on my website for the purpose to create there the Online Library.

I read the Calibre2opds User Guide: https://wiki.mobileread.com/wiki/Calibre2Opds_Index

but can’t understand which steps I need to do for set the software on my website.
So, from Download page http://calibre2opds.com/downloads/
I went here:

and downloaded the ZIP folder from 3.4 Release (calibre2opds-3.4-340.zip)

Then I launched “rungui” file and got the program installed (?) with these pages (print screen of the first page):

I have Windows 8.1 64-bit Operation system

Could you help me, please, with these questions:

1. Did I install the Calibre2opds or I didn’t finish this process?

2. What shall I do (or where I can read for understand) for set the Calibre2opds on my website?
(I already have my website, so I need to create the Online Library as a page of my website)

Use the program to generate a folder containing the content catalog you will upload to the website.

I have some result on my website:

But I am not sure that I did all correct.
I can’t put on the web library doc and docx files. What could be a reason of this error?

I used “Add books” in Calibre on my computer and saw all books which I put in my Calibre library (pdf, doc and docx). But when I conducted all steps described in the manual “Calibre2OPDS step-by-step”(on the link above), in the simulated website on my computer and on the real website I can see only pdf books. All doc and docx files were not put on the web library. So, I suppose, that I did an error in the steps of Calibre2OPDS.
