A Happy New Year!
A very happy New Year to all here.
I'm a book reader. (No power, backlight or value other than paper, but they are heavy!) However I have just upgraded my phone to a Blackberry Bold and think that being able to read some good things on it would enhance its usefulness to me. I live in UK, work as an actor and director and (for instance) would be delighted to have the sonnets of Shakespeare on the phone to read. |

i don't know much about blackberries but i believe there is a version of mobipocket which can be installed on them. alternately, perhaps stanza will work, check feedbooks.com for some info about that. if blackberry supports java apps, there is also booksinmyphone.com which might interest you, i've got some of their books on my telephone (lg viewty) for reading emergencies . i'm sure someone will come along with more info for you. happy reading, in any case ! |

Happy New Year to you as well! And welcome to the forum. I'm certain you will find some useful info on reading ebooks on your Blackberry here..
A quick google, http://www.mobipocket.com/en/Downloa...ice=Blackberry And a post on Blackberry Bold compatibility http://www.mobipocket.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13457 Good luck, -MJ "Is that clear enough for you? Because if it's not I could of course text you on my Blackberry, or my Blueberry or my Chuck Berry, although technically Chuck Berry is a black berry." -Dr. Cox |
