failed to find obfuscation key

Hallo
I've got this error from Calibre editor:

InvalidBook: Failed to find obfuscation key

I've modified a lot of ebooks with calibre editor and this is the first time this error occurs. I cak read the book with calibre and ADE. So whats wrong?

Without the actual file I doubt anything sensible can be said.

Your book has obfuscated embedded fonts, but no obfuscation key. Viewer programs will simply ignore the fonts in that case. The editor will not. If you want to edit this file do an epub to epub conversion and edit the result.
