Does the Kindle app support open with? If it does, I haven't been able to get it to work. I believe that one of the booktracker apps (either booktracker or book crawler) tried to make their books available that way but never could get it to work with either kindle or iBook.

I take it back, open with works for both the Kindle and iBook. The first time I tried it, I would using a beta version, which didn't work. The current version of iOS works fine.
