Backing up Calibre library and settings
I know how to back up the library, and, I know that backing up settings simply involves backing up the location found here: Preferences->Advanced->Miscellaneous

My question is, in a restore, are ONLY the settings restored from the above backup, or are all plugins also restored?

If you replace the entire folder tree, you are good

The settings folder has subfolders containing the plugins.
