NOHRTEC GECKO EDUBOOK

Just discovered this "netbook" with keyboard (like this for notations for ebooks) and AA batteries or Lithium ion also. Dirt cheap and comes with Linux or for a little more money for Windows XP. My question is, can one run mobi, ADE, etc. on Linux without some major manipulations?. Are there linux iterations of ADE, mobireader, etc. or what? Anyone heard anything good about this Gecko? Evaluation models are available for dealers right now.
