Hi,
what is your opinion for windows ce umpc. I am interesting in reading pdf archive and to make anottations highlighting. Do you know if support open office for reading or foxit reader for annotations? |

Most UMPC's use a version of Windows (not the mobile), such as XP, Vista and the newer ones might have 7 (Windows 7 that is ) Those are fully functional Windows versions, so you should be able to install whatever you want on it...
Chech this page out for some UMPC's: http://www.umpcportal.com/products/ |

Windows CE isn't a bad OS for reading - for one thing it lets you use uBook which is a very good piece of software.
