Lost all annotation tittles

Hello,

I have recently updated my Onyx M92 with the latest firmware, and it seams i have lost all my previous annotation tittles, now only shows text from the annotation itself. And is very important for me to have access to the tittles of the annotations, i lost about 2 years of work, since i never export my annotation to the pc, by the simple reason sometimes the annotation tool don't work very well, it don't select all the words, so i just choose the first word of the phrase i want save.

Any one can help me how to get my tittles back? Because if the new firmware only works like this, so it total garbage to me.

And at last, can someone explain me what the feather tool is to be used for?

Are you talking about the 20131204 update?

Why "LOL tittles"? For me they are very important, a way to keep my annotations in order, and when i do need to read them again is easy to find what i want, so i don't understand the "LOL" sarcasm!

I am talking of the latest update from ONYX website.

because you spelt titles "tittles", which reads TIT-TLES instead of Thai-TLES.

I suppose that you haven't lost you titles, but it's only the new firmware that doesn't show the titles.

I don't use annotation, so I can only give my opinions.
First, backup all your annotations to your PC.
Try to connect the M92 to a PC to see the file system and look at your annotation file to see if you see something interesting.
Try to downgrade the firmware, it's possible, to recover the titles.

I suppose that the annotation file is a database, maybe you can try to open the database.

Someone could say what's the format of the annotation file ?

Some of information is stored in mySQL files in .onyx folders. (Each folder is created at location of document file), some of information is stored in mySQL file somewhere on systém partition.

I am not sure which case Annotation Titles is.

If it is 1st case, it may be easily backuped and it have not been lost by installing a new firmware.

If it is 2nd case, than it is hard to backup and it might been lost during installin a new firmware, if something went wrong.
