OS Can't load
Hi!
I've got today my new Kindle, but I think it's crashed. I can't use it, because the system will not start: Regards, Mike |

Make sure your Kindle is fully charged. Plug it in to your power outlet (preferably a wall outlet and not the PC) and let it charge for a few hours.
If the Kindle won't turn on, call Amazon CS and they will help you. |

You can't take the battery out of the K3.
But yeah, make sure it's fully charged. And give it a while to boot, it's not quick by any means. Let it sit for a good 10 minutes. |

Besides all the above, make sure K3 is fully charged, then disconnect from PC/charger, slide the "power" to the right and HOLD it there for approx 30 seconds.
It just might help you... Keep us informed. Please, |

Don't out of the box Kindles take a long time to load the first boot up? I got mine last month and remember being scared that it took so long.

Don't you just hate it when someone asks a question, get a load of suggestions in response, and then never comes back to tell us whether any of the suggestions worked?
