Hey! From Reading - P.A. that is.

Got a Sony PRS-300 for Christmas. Prior to that, I read mobipocket ebooks on my Treo. I loved the size. To me the Sony seems HUGE though I understand it is the smallest dedicated reader in the market right now. I could go to a slightly smaller screen if the device could truly fit in a man's shirt pocket.

I just discovered this website, and Calibre. Has Sony software always been that awful? Sometimes it launches and sometimes it doesn't.

I'm an old dinosaur who loves photography.

You'll get used to it pretty quickly, I believe.

Welcome! I'm over in the Lehigh Valley, myself.

Hi and welcome to MobileRead. I read for years on an iPaq but, once I got my hands on an eInk device, I never looked back. And I buy most my books from Kobo who lets you download the same book to both your Sony and your iPhone. Thus, I always have one of them with me.

Hi, Glen! Welcome to Mobileread!

I started reading on my Toshiba PDA, but I like the larger size of the Sony 505/600. Less page turns (and I've reached an age where I'm increasing the font size when my eyes are tired)
