I don't know what this means

I am running calibre 0.4.115 on Windows XP.

Have been using calibre since Sept.

I just started getting this message tonight when I try to add a file to calibre for conversion. I have tried both a .htm file and a .rtf file.

I don't know what the message means.

Yeah that error message indicates either disk or database corruption
