Fetch news still broken in 0.6.52

Found this https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=82228 but i still receive the 'CSSRuleList' object has no attribute 'rulesOfType' error in Calibre 0.6.52

you need to update cssutils to at east 0.9.7a3

Thanks, that package wasn't updated in AUR. Build it from source and now fetching is working again.
