Davon habe ich mir vor ein paar Tagen eine Leseprobe geladen, bin aber noch nicht dazu gekommen.

Das habe ich mir auch angesehen und dann gedacht, nein, lieber doch nicht. Wahrscheinlich habe ich doch ein Problem mit deutschen Autoren.

Möglich, vielleicht habe ich mich vom guten Rezensionsdurchschnitt blenden lassen. Eigentlich lese ich sonst immer die Probe, werde mich in Zukunft bessern.

Wobei man - böser, böser Gedanke - vermuten könnte, dass es selbst dem Autor peinlich ist, denn sonst könnte er ja seinen richtigen Namen nennen. Es sei denn, er hat wirklich nur einen (Namen), was ich für eher unwahrscheinlich halte.

Laut Profil, was ich nebenbei sehr affig finde, hat er zwei Kinder. Die müssen schließlich geschützt werden.

Ok, Schande über mein Haupt. Ich werde mich mit Tipps zurückhalten.

(Ich werde mir das Buch aber dann trotzdem mal genauer anschauen.)

Mach das einmal : ich lese schon seit etwa 50 Jahren SF und hatte das Buch als Prime-Mitglied kostenfrei ausgeliehen. Was mir hier besonders aufstösst, sind die vielen Ungereimtheiten und Schreibfehler. Wobei der eigentliche Plot des Titels ganz originell ist - es ist die schlechte Ausführung, die mich stört.

P.S. Bei Rezensionen lese ich am liebsten nur die **-, ***- und vielleicht manchmal die ****-Beiträge. Die Jubelperser und Misanthropen lasse ich weg.

P.P.S. @Hamlock - Tips bloß nicht zurückhalten: du siehst ja, es wird dann eben diskutiert!

So schlimm ist Apple nun auch wieder nicht. Das Album wird als Einkauf angezeigt und muss manuell aus der Cloud heruntergeladen werden.

D.h., wenn man U2 nicht mag, landet die Musik nicht automatisch auf dem iPhone oder iPad.
