We've opened pre-orders for PocketBook 302, the model with a 6" touchscreen, wi-fi and bluetooth connectivity plus a USB-host.
The device is to become available in the beginning of March, if not earlier.
Price for the "Standard" accessories package - $339.99.

What does the Cover that comes with it look like? Also will the covers be available for sale separately? Thanks!

It's a leather cover, pretty much the same quality as with PB 301, but it binds not from left side to the right, as in PB 301, but from upper part to bottom, leaving sides open, as buttons are there.

Can you confirm that it will ship with the "correct" screen right from the outset? I seem to recall reading a while ago that the first models might ship with an inferior screen, which could then be replaced later.

That is right, Harry (well, not entirely). If you preorder one on the german thread (Forkosigan is responsible for all of the EU, including the UK), you will receive an early version of the 302 with not an inferior screen, but one that has not been treated as well to prevent glare. If you can't live with that screen, your screen will be changed for free to a better treated one (matte). Even the back port will be paid by Pocketbook Europe.

The first lot of 302 will be sent to the US with the screen that glares a little. I don't think it glares that much...
But the next shipments (April-May) will be definitely with matte screen.

Play a little with RSS feeds, works great. So, as I imagined it, click on "Refresh" in the reader, in a few seconds I get all the news from me by the stored addresses as fb2 file reader, with table of contents, of course! And I can then read the message immediately.
