Galalxy s2 not detected

my galalxy s2 is not detected by calibre. i have updated to latest version. here is dump of the device debug. the phone is connected in USB mode

According to that debug output your phone is not connected in USB mode (it is not seen as a disk with a drive letter by windows).

I was able to see the drive letter, but i need to click on connect to PC again on the phone to move it from read only to write mode. Thanks
