Das fürchte ich auch. Mit dem Rest kann ich beim Touch Lux ja leben, aber der Fehler bei den Serien geht mir auf den Wecker.

Mir geht eher auf den Wecker, wie die Politik von Pocketbook ist. Updates versprechen und keine bringen. Es wäre wenigstens ehrlich, wenn die zugeben würden, dass für den Lux 1 kein Update mehr kommt.

Mag sein. Auf der anderen Seite ist es im Parallelforum auch ziemlich ruhig geworden. Jedenfalls was große Diskussionen angeht. Man merkt halt das das Frühjahr angekommen ist und die Leute jetzt anderes zu tun haben.

Ich teile nicht Deine Meinung. Und kann Deinem Flamebait nicht widerstehen. Im Englischem Forum gibt es einige links auf neue FW Versionen die laufen auch sehr gut in Kombination mit der coolreader (cr3) version von Brucelee. Die Weiterentwicklung der Opensource sehe ich als deutliches Lebenszeichen.

wenn du das Thema gelesen hättest, dann würdest du merken, dass es sich hier um den Touch Lux handelt und nicht um den Touch Lux 2, auf den du verlinkt hast.

Jep, habe nach vielen Jahren und drei verschiedenen Reader PB endgültig den Rücken gekehrt und mir einen Kobo Aura HD zugelegt.

Das Schlimme bei Pocketbook ist, das die ständig neue Modelle auf dem Markt schmeißen.

Es kommt einem das Gefühl auf, daß es Software Updates nur in Verbindung mit dem Kauf neuer Reader gibt. Leider werden die dann genauso schlecht unterstützt.

Vermutlich liegt es auch an dem fürchterlichen Krieg in der Ukraine. Da werden die Programierer anderswo gebraucht.
