Why is the EZReader firmware download page broken so much?

I just checked

http://theezreader.com/

and once again it is showing "undefined" on all the firmware downloads. Seems it is broken more often than working....

I don't know, perhaps the page is dynamically generated, or some flash issues are cropping up server end (I'm seeing the same issue as you). You can download the firmware through the non-flash version of their website (http://theezreader.com/html/support_firmware.asp) or from http://www.astak.com/downloadcenter.asp.

Dear All:

Seven of us tried the flash website and the HTML website BOTH today to attempt to duplicate the problem you are having with the Firmware Upgrades!! Now, I DO believe you... we just cannot duplicate it.

Can you please send an email to:www.support@astak.com or call toll free to: 1-866-368-8788 and let us try to find out why this is happening!! Please ask for Amy or Elliott!!

The site appears to be working flawlessly and there were no error messages.

At the urging of MobileRead Forum people we have removed the music that many said they hated. Also, the HTML site (www.theEZreader.com/html) has no flash!!

We are listening!

..and it just works. Ditch the flash version!
