Turn off Title Editing on Main UI Page?

I have a huge library on a NAS (yes I know unsupported..but it works) which means that when I edit something it can take several minutes to save. I am constantly accidently clicking on a title on the main page and Calibre decides I want to edit it which results in a delay of a minute or several. Very very annoying.

Any way to disable the click-to-edit part of the main UI?

This is exactly what I was looking for but unfortunately it resets without warning on every update (which seems to happen once a week). Any particular reason why tweaks go away during an update?

That is not Normal.
Tweaks.py (this is the same file we used to have to edit manually way back when...) is saved in your config folder

Calibre only replaces missing config files on startup (copies the file from the Programs folder)
Calibre installer would need the rights to update this file (like when a new tweak is added)

Something is interfering. Cloud backup of (includes) your config folder ?
