I have a book pre-ordered that releases tomorrow. Will it be on my Kindle app at 12AM EST? Or would it be 12AM PST? Or some time after that?

It depends on the publisher I think. It's 1AM here. I have gotten some pre-orders around that time but big name publishers around 4AM to 5AM or later.

I just pre-ordered Sprig Muslin for $1.99

I didn't stay up to see when the pre-order got to my Kindle app, opting to go to bed early. It was there when I got up at 5:20 EST though.
