Where are the books and annotations in library stored?
Just curious about this question, especially when I add a book to library from external sd card or thumb drive. thank you.

Anything you "Add to Library" is copied (not moved) to this location (which is why I always recommend deleting the original file). Things are not compressed. If you find yourself running out of room in the Library in the internal storage, you can relocate your Library to a much larger external SD card by following the instructions here.
