Hello everyone,

We are a small publisher from Stuttgart and glad to discuss on E-books with you in the forum

we have a question here. Can we use these software (Calibre, Sigil)commercially, I. E. publishing these e-books on online platforms (Kindle, iBooks)?

Yes, you can. Both Sigil and calibre are free and open source.

They are both made for personal use, calibre is strictly single user, for example. But there is nothing that prevents you from using calibre and sigil commercially.

Both projects accepts donations.
