TOC xhtml
I know Sigil can generate TOC from headings in epub. But I need TOC xhtml page in a eBook. Can it do that automatically?

If this is so you can convert to Mobipocket for the KIndle, Calibre generates an inline ToC for Mobipocket when it converts toc.ncx.
