The first number is probably a line number and the second the nth character in that line.
Open the epub in the calibre editor and look at the files in question, one at a time, line and character and you should see something. |

Somehow, somewhere, you set the color of your TOG (Table of Graphics, perhaps? Or a mistyped TOC?) to have a "visited link" color of RED. It seems that you then (perhaps?) removed the linking portion of those TOG entries. What's left can't use the "vlink" instruction, because the LINKS are not there. That, at least, is what I'm inferring from what I'm seeing. That needs to be removed from all the entries in which you find it, in the HTML, I presume. Best of luck. Hitch |
