I've taken mine on about 4 flights so far and haven't had any problem. Of course I tend to pay a little more attention to the staff at the needed times and don't have it jammed in my face when they walk by prior to take-off or landing. I just quietly close the cover before they walk by and go back to reading once they're gone. The one time I was noticed reading during the proscribed "time out" period went unchallenged.
Easier than getting into a test of wills with someone (the airline) that will win no matter what you can or can't prove. |
