Anomaly with Trook and Nook?

I go between my smartphone and my Nook regularly, and when I want to get on the same chapter to read from my Nook, I like to have a TOC to jump to the chapters.

I added a TOC to some books that were already on the nook, so deleted the books on the Nook (using the Nook), and downloaded the new one. I don't get the new one, just the old one.

I did the same on my smart phone, went to the same feed, and it had the correct book, so I know it's not the feed.

I can connect my Nook to the PC delete them and add them that way, but I wasn't at a PC at the time, it's happened with all the books I've tried this with.

Has anyone else experienced this?
