help with correct formatting

I have a PDF that I converted into an EPUB using Calibre and I cant get the formatting how I want it. I want to add a page break between chapters. Here's my calibre log:

Don't expect miracles from a PDF source

Since the chapters don't have the keyword "Chapter", splitting is barely iffiy at best.

15 minutes with Sigil, can help do the basic clean up: Break apart and Merge (fragments) .

Other cleaning does take more effort.
