DRM and popular-highlights/annotations
1.) if i were to remove DRM from a book, would i still be able to see popular highlights on the book?

2.) does the kindle back up online my highlights and comments on my non DRM books, or does that feature only work for the books you bought from kindle store?

Does injecting it into the Personal Documents thing have any effect on that? Not that personal documents show up anywhere but on actual Kindle hardware at this point, so it's kind of a moot point.

But if somebody had 2 Kindles they could check it...

If DRM is removed, will current/future highlights still show up on the kindle annotations section?

I don't want to do anything illegal, I just want to view my notes in full so that I can make flashcards out of them.
