Mobi to epub problem

I have been trying to convert Decision Points from mobi to epub using calibre and keep getting a conversion error. Details are listed below. I hope someone can help me solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

That's a corrupted MOBI file, presumably it was corrupted by whatever drm removal tool you used.
