Well that's a simple ploynomial fit, and it's entirely possible a linear trend is more realistic. That would get us to at least 300,000 by the end of year. But it's impossible to tell the difference between a polynomial and a linear trend near the beginning of the curve, so while it looks impressive, it's still speculation.
