Audible audio books
On Android is there any way to listen to audible audio books other than the audible app? Mine aren't DRM free. I have four accounts and with an ipad I can use ibooks instead of audible as that way I don't worry about what account a book was bought on (3 accounts are still active) I just wondered if Android had anything remotely similar. Thanks

It might be worth contacting Audible and asking if it would be possible for them to consolidate your books into a single account. Is there any reason to have three accounts?

Yes unfortunatly they do have to stay separate. One is a US account, audiobooks I get for review have to be from.com. The other two are my Amazon Audible account, which is no longer used for purchases, and my Username account which I use for my current subscription.

I actually have a 4th account which Audible just recently located for me when they were looking for missing books, that is a legacy username account with a dozen titles on it.

This is why I've moved from a Kindle Fire to an iPad for my audiobooks, I just wondered if Android had anything comparable to iBooks.

I actually have my own answer for this which i've posted here in case anyone else ever wondered.

The Audible app for Android will play sideload audible audio books for ALL accounts regardless of the account the user is signed into. I've tested this by transferring audio books from each of my four accounts via usb into the Audible app. They show up as Device audio books and they all play. It doesn't matter which account I'm signed into.

This doesn't work with my Fire unfortunately which makes that device quite redundant now.
