merci ! ma bibliothèque numérique s'est enrichie de cinq livres de Kafka maintenant, je ne sais pas comment j'ai pu m'en passer jusqu'ici. dommage que ça n'allègera pas ma bibliothèque physique car mes éditions de kafka sont assez jolies (et il y en a même une que j'ai acheté à prague ; ça m'a paru un beau souvenir) du coup je les garde...

je suis allée à prague 3 fois en tout il me semble, il y a bien longtemps... mais j'y retournerais bien. je crois que lors de mon séjour le plus long je suis restée 10 jours mais c'était quand j'étais étudiante, c'est vieux tout ça, je ne me souviens plus très bien ! par contre la deuxième fois que je suis allée je logeais chez une copine, c'était l'été et j'ai dormi la première nuit sur la terrasse en plein air ; à mon réveil, en sortant du lit, j'ai posé le pied sur une abeille morte qui traînait là. comme je suis allergique, mon pied a doublé de volume et j'ai été immobilisée pendant une semaine. la blague cette semaine-là c'était "oui, je crois qu'il va falloir amputer." les boules. autant dire je n'ai pas vraiment profité de la ville cette fois-là... heureusement que la première fois je m'étais beaucoup baladée.

je me souviens avoir vu une chorégraphie / pièce de théâtre d'après le tableau "le jardin des délices" de jérôme bosch ; il y avait moitié des acteurs / danseurs, moitié des marionnettes. les costumes étaient délirants au possible. c'était impressionnant et très très fort, j'ai gardé un souvenir très net de certaines images même aujourd'hui.

j'ai adoré prague, j'ai même été tentée de m'y installer à une époque mais justement je ne parle pas la langue (j'avais appris quelques mots, genre "bonjour", "merci", "où est"...) et au final entre ça et la difficulté d'avoir des papiers j'ai abandonné mon projet. de toute façon je me sens une grande affinité avec l'europe de l'est à cause de mes propres origines donc c'était assez logique que je me sente bien là-bas...

quant à kafka en ebook, pipo t'as répondu, alors je laisse passer celle-là.

J'ai lu dans les derniers jours Ester Mazel, de Frédérique Hébrard, qui m'a, je ne saurais dire pourquoi, fascinée. Ça me surprend énormément étant donné qu'après quelques lignes je me suis rendue compte que je l'avais déjà lu et que je n'avais pas tellement aimé la première fois. J'ai aussi lu "Bye bye, Jean Chrétien!" de "Paul Élysa" (faux nom donné par l'éditeur afin de "protéger" l'auteur), un autre recueil de chrétienneries.
J'en suis maintenant à "Sous le ciel de Novgorod" de Régine Desforges.

J'ai fini très récemment Middlesex de Jeffrey Eugenides, que je recommande vraiment. Voir ici pour une note de lecture complète.
J'ai lu ensuite Starfish de Peter Watts, disponible sur feedbooks. C'est le premier volume d'une trilogie de science-fiction se passant principalement au fond des océans, dans des centrales électriques utilisant l'énergie disponible à la jonction de plaques techtoniques. J'ai beaucoup aimé ce premier tome et je lirai rapidement le deuxième, dès que j'aurai fini Trois hommes dans un bateau que je lis pour le bookclub d'ici.

ha, moi aussi j'ai beaucoup aimé Middlesex, bien que j'avoue que mon souvenir est un peu flou (je l'ai lu il y a pas mal de temps maintenant), Eugenides a vraiment le don de tisser une histoire complexe en en maitrisant tous les fils.

j'avais l'intention de relire Trois hommes et un bateau là mais je suis retombée sur Zazie dans le métro de Queneau (mon héros) en cherchant autre chose et je me suis replongée dedans avec délices, je rigolais tout haut dans mon lit hier, il y a peu d'écrivains avec un génie des mots comparable, c'est incroyable comme il arrive à réconcilier un vocabulaire limite châtié avec de l'argot, des jeux de mots, et puis quasiment à chaque phrase il y a plusieurs niveaux de sens, on peut lire ses textes mille fois sans jamais se lasser en découvrant à chaque lecture des détails nouveaux. à lire et à relire d'urgence, c'est un trésor de la littérature et de l'humour française, intelligent sans être prétentieux, drôle et fin... malheureusement à ce que je sache il n'est pas (encore) disponible en numérique mais le jour où il le sera que celui qui le déniche me le dise, Queneau fait partie des rares écrivains dont je rachèterais l'oeuvre intégrale sans hésiter !

J'ai termine la serie millenium au complet. Mon favori c'est le deuxieme tome. C'est fort etonnant la diversite d'opinions sur ces histoires. Quoiqu'il en soit, toute la serie est captivante...

Quoique la temperature est si moche ici que d'etre dans un cinema est probablement la seule activite agreable quel que soit le film.
