Calibre install -- "styles" folder on my desktop?

I just installed 7.23. I see there is now a folder on my desktop called "styles," containing two files -- "page-template.xpgt" and "stylesheet.css".

Did Calibre put this folder there, and if so can I move it or delete it?

I doubt calibre put it there, but as far as I know, you can delete it.
