Kobo 2012 Book Club

Kobo has launched a 'Kobo 2012 Book Club' for new purchasers of the Kobo Touch eInk device. Membership entitles you to one free ebook a month (from a pre-determined list) throughout 2012. For more information check the Kobo Blog.

Edit: Way to reward the early adopters, Kobo! The masses of black Friday zombies, pickled in pepper spray, desperately grasping for 'deals,' whether they need them or not, will surely purchase more books than the dedicated readers who have supported you hitherto. Good luck!

Leaves me out.

Still waiting on my VOX reader (or even a reply to the three emails and one voice call made to Kobo to try to find out what is delaying it).

Just a note that although it's supposed to be limited to USA and Canadians who purchased during a certain period in practice anyone can access the book club books as long as some kind soul posts the codes. Seeing as we have a lot of those around here the codes have been posted in the kobo coupon thread as below. One is described as a sci-fi fantasy and the other literary fiction.
