I've attached the file as requested for K2, K2i, and K-DX. It's like the Georgia hack, but the font is a bit narrower, darker and larger, and Bold doesn't pop as much. Screenshots are attached. I personally prefer the other one, but personal tastes are great (which is why Amazon should really allow this option natively!!!) Enjoy!

Is there any possibility you can update the Georgia2 from that page to work on a K2 US with 2.3 firmware? I'm sorry if that's not what you were offering, if so, just ignore this post! =)
Perhaps this one is closer to what you're looking for

Thanks for the quick turnaround! I'm at work right now, wish I had brought my USB cable with me so I could do the update now!

I've made a new version of UFH. It installs on Kindle 2.3 (thanks, jyavenard for updating the packager script so quickly!).

It also has a template for using your own fonts.

Detailed instructions and downloads can be found here: Kindle Unicode Fonts Hack

Thank you edge777

As you know the Kindle 2 and Kindle DX have different screen resolutions (pixel per inch) This Georgia2 font looks much better then original Georgia in Dx screen.

you are really good altruist.

Have a nice Thanksgiving holiday !

Several people reported not being able to uninstall UFH 0.1 and 0.2 with 0.3 uninstaller. Since I don't have any Kindles that are not 2.3 I can't tell for sure why, however I've provided the links to old uninstallers here

Unfortunately the JhengHei Font doesn't install at all - maybe the file it too big. I might try myself with some other fonts with Blog Kindle's template. Thanks anyway!

Many Many thanks Edge. I have gotten SO used to this font on my K2US that I could not even CONSIDER doing the 2.3 update without it.

Just did the update and applied this font. Perfect.

You ROCK, dude.

I'm not sure if this is Helvetica or Helvetica2, but it definitely is one of them...

Thanks,

UFH Helvetics2 - K2, K2i, KDX running 2.3

Here's the UFH for Helvetica2 (Kindle 2, Kindle International and Kindle DX). Files signed, no need for pre-jailbreak. I haven't tested them, but they should work fine. Enjoy.
