Help Required Please
I used to run calibre on my old old XP machine, no problems at all. Ive now got a new laptop with Windows 8.1 and Calibre just will not work. It says my files are converted from EPUB to MOBI but they aren't because they won't download onto my Kindle. I've uninstalled it and re-installed it several times. I've tried the 32 bit, the 64 bit. I'm lost, can anyone help. Thanks. Mazza

Can you provide details on what you mean by "they won't download onto my kindle"?
Can you see the MOBI in the Book Details panel? |

Thanks for your reply, I've managed to sort it out thanks. For anyone else that might be having the same problem, all it was that in the Calibre Preferences somehow it had got Kindle DX selected instead of just Kindle. So even though Calibre was converting the books to MOBI they were too big in format for my Kindle. I changed it to just Kindle and voila, it's all back to normal. Thanks anyway. Maz
